How do I know if my shipment is eligible for express or express shipping?

To complete an express shipment, the following conditions must be met: Weight: 30 kg (108 inches). Then, it must not exceed 274 cm (108 inches). Dimensions: 158 cm (62 inches). The maximum express shipment value (per item) is $50,000. If your shipment does not meet the above conditions, it will not be eligible for express shipping.

What is the difference between actual weight and volumetric weight?

Actual weight represents the weight of the package, while volumetric weight refers to the dimensions of the package. For example, if you're shipping a tall vase, the volumetric weight is calculated based on length x width x height divided by 5000.

It is a service through which Shohna24 receives the shipment(s) from the sender's location (e.g., warehouse), handles the export documents at the airport of origin, then transports the shipment to the recipient's country, manages other airport/import issues and regulations, and finally transports it to the recipient's final address.

What is a tracking number and where can I find it?

The shipping company or online store will usually be able to provide you with a tracking number or tracking ID. If you ordered a product from an online store, the tracking number or tracking ID is often found in the email confirmation or shipment tracking notification.
