October 09, 2025

1. Definitions

"Customer" or "User" refers to any person using the website to send shipments or benefit from our services.

"Shipping Partners" are third-party companies (such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, SMSA) through which shipping services are executed.

2. Service Nature

We are an electronic shipping intermediary, providing customers with the ability to book their shipments through authorized partners, without being the actual executing entity for transportation or delivery.

All shipments are delivered according to the systems and policies of the shipping company chosen by the customer.

3. Data Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy and correctness of all data entered during the shipping process, such as full name, phone number, delivery address, and shipment dimensions and weight.

The company bears no responsibility resulting from errors in data entered by the customer, and the company has the right to cancel or modify the order without prior notice if incorrect or fictitious data is found.

4. Shipment Ownership and Content

The customer declares that they are the legal owner of the shipment and that they are not shipping legally prohibited or banned materials (such as weapons, chemicals, narcotics, etc.).

The company is not responsible for the content of shipments and does not open or inspect packages.

Any legal violation related to shipment content falls solely under the customer's responsibility.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary according to shipment details or shipping company requirements.

The customer agrees to pay all fees in full before completing the shipping process, and the amount cannot be refunded after payment except in exceptional cases evaluated by the website management.

6. Delay, Damage, or Loss

Shipments are executed through third-party companies, therefore we are not responsible for any delay, damage, or partial or total loss of the shipment.

The customer has the right to submit a claim directly with the chosen shipping company according to its policies.

In case of a compensation claim, it will be handled according to the terms of the executing service provider (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.).

7. Weight and Dimensions Accuracy

The customer commits to providing accurate and real weight and dimensions for the shipment.

If it is found that the data entered by the customer is inaccurate (such as manipulating weight or reducing actual size), then:

  • The shipment is automatically stopped by the shipping company.
  • The customer is notified via email or phone.
  • The customer is required to pay the financial difference resulting from the actual weight or size.
  • The shipping process is not completed until the difference is paid in full.
  • If the customer refuses to pay within 48 hours of notification, the company has the right to cancel the shipment or impose additional fees for storage or return.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy, and all data provided by users is handled with complete confidentiality.

We do not sell or share your data with external parties without your consent, except for shipping companies for order execution purposes.

9. Modifications

The website management has the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and the new version will be published on this page.

Your continued use of the website after modifications means your acceptance of them.

10. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is referred to the competent judicial authorities in the country.

11. Accuracy of Weight and Dimensions

The client undertakes to provide the actual and accurate weight and dimensions of the shipment.

If it is found that the data entered by the client is inaccurate (such as manipulating the weight or reducing the actual size), then:

The shipment will be automatically stopped by the shipping company.
The client will be notified via email or phone.
The client will be required to pay the financial difference resulting from the actual weight or size.
The shipment will not be processed until the full payment of the difference is received.
If the client refuses to pay within 48 hours of notification, the company reserves the right to cancel the shipment or impose additional fees for storage or return.
